If for some reasons you are not entirely happy then we are here to help.
If you have changed your mind you have 14 calendar days from the date you received it to return the item. If the item is faulty then you have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to return it to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will usually receive the refund within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your item. If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect (due to our error) or not as described we will issue you with a full refund including postage costs. If the return is being because you have changed your mind, or for any other reason, the postage costs will not be refunded.
